The Secretary (hereinafter referred to a SECRETARY) is expected to attend all meetings of the BOARD, record and keep all the proceedings of meetings of the Board, and perform like duties for the committees of the Board when so requested. When unable to perform such duties, the Secretary shall delegate the taking of minutes to another Board member


The SECRETARY shall assure that all notices are published in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws, as required by regulation or law, or as directed by the BOARD or PRESIDENT. The SECRETARY shall see that the books, reports, statements, certificates, and all other documents and records required by regulation or law are properly stored and filed.


The SECRETARY shall perform such other duties as may be delegated to the SECRETARY by the BOARD or the PRESIDENT. The SECRETARY shall have custody of the corporate seal, and the Secretary shall have the authority to affix the same to any instrument requiring it, and when so affixed it may be attested to by the signature of the SECRETARY. The BOARD may delegate authority to any other officer to affix the corporate seal and to attest such by the affixing of such officer’s signature.


The SECRETARY may also attest to all instruments signed on behalf of the TCC by the PRESIDENT. The SECRETARY shall perform all duties incident to the office of SECRETARY.
